New Shop Protocol For Your Safety

Hello Guests!

Thank you so much for your support during the shelter in place order. We have missed serving you so much and we can’t wait to reopen!

We have taken every precaution to protect you and our staff. We will do our best to keep you informed of all new procedures and let you know what to expect when you return to the salon.

When you arrive at the salon, please come to the front door and wait for a Guest Specialist to greet you.

A guest specialist will take your temperature and ask the following:

Have you had a cough?Have you had any symptoms of COVID 19? Have you been in contact with anyone that is sick?

If your temperature reads above 100.3 degrees or if you answer yes to any of the questions asked, we will reschedule your appointment.

Our Guest Specialist will check in with your stylist and let them know you have arrived. If the stylist is running behind, you may wait outside or in your car for your appointment.

All guests and staff must wear masks inside the salon. If you do not have a mask, you will be asked purchase a disposable mask for $1. We recommend wearing a mask that hooks over your ear during your appointment. If you are receiving a color service, we recommend purchasing a disposable mask. For protection against COVID 19 our stylists will be sanitizing stations between each guest and will wear clean gloves and a clean apron with each guest.

We are safely offering our shampoo experience for all guests.  Even so, we’d appreciate if you came with clean dry hair to your appointment. It is easier to work on clean hair. For guests that would like to limit the time you spend in the salon please contact and a Guest Specialist will be in touch with options for you. **Our weekly guests do not have to wash before their appointment**

We are looking forward to serving you! If you have any questions or concerns, please contact
