Monica Rose was working in the medical field when the pandemic hit and she realized that life was too short to do something she wasn’t excited about. She quit her job and enrolled in beauty school! She is so happy with her choice and would not change it for the world. We love her mindset and are excited to have Monica as a part of our team. We’re happy to report she’s on her way towards living her best life!

Monica specializes in dimensional looks and natural lived-in styles. She also likes to play around with fashion colors and more modern looks. Whatever her guest is looking for, she can deliver. She really just enjoys making her guests look and feel good. She says, “I love to make people feel happy and confident in their skin; being able to do that by creating a look they love fills my cup the most.” Monica’s goal with her guests is to help them create and maintain a look they love while educating them on the products that will help with their specific hair needs.

Outside of the salon, Monica loves to be funny and make others smile. She is always lending a listening ear and is very open minded. Monica loves exploring her spirituality and challenging herself to grow personally and in her career. Monica is married with two teenage boys and two dogs. She enjoys spending time with loved ones, whether that be camping, traveling, or just lounging on the couch with her favorite people, she is always chasing a good time.
