Molly Finster is from a small town in Minnesota where being a hairstylist wasn’t a “real career”. Moving to Oregon, Molly’s dreams were able to come true. Today Molly is one of our most valued master stylists. She is a shareholder, trainer, and in-house cheerleader. We are proud to have her leading our team.

Molly has a passion for making people feel beautiful and a gift for spreading joy. She specializes in natural-looking colors; blondes, brunettes, or reds. She loves cutting hair, whether it be long and layered, or short and satisfyingly sassy. She always goes the extra mile to help her guests find the proper tips and products to maintain that same style at home. 

Molly is an Associate Trainer which gives her the opportunity to mentor incoming stylists. “To be able to be a successful stylist who is now teaching other stylists to be even more successful is a dream come true.”

On her days off you can find Molly with her family. Her daughter is one of her biggest motivators in life. She cherishes spending time with her husband and daughter and they know how to make life an adventure by going camping, traveling to the beach, or having a jammie and movie day!
