New Shop Protocol For Your Safety

Hello Guests!

May 22nd 2021 Update

First and foremost, Thank You for being our client through such a challenging year. We couldn’t be more grateful you have stuck with us and we are very excited about the future.

As you’ve heard the CDC has given new guidance for fully vaccinated individuals regarding masks. Progress forward is relieving and we hope there is more to come.

For now, we will continue to require our staff and guests to wear masks in the salon.

Because of the close proximity of hairstyling services, we feel it’s important that we go slowly with lifting our mask requirement.

We are proud to have had zero community spread through the salon since returning to work in June. Masking works in our environment and we would rather be overly cautious as we return to normal.

We also want to give our staff more time to be fully vaccinated as many had to wait until appointments were opened to all and have only received 1 shot.

If you are fully vaccinated and do not want to wear a mask, we respectfully ask that you wear a mask for the time being.

We are creating our systems for guests to prove vaccination at a later date. We are calling it Masks Stage 2. Our team will continue to wear their masks during Stage 2.

We continue to take every precaution to protect you and our staff. We will continue with our safety protocols.

When you arrive at the salon, please come to the front door and wait for a Guest Specialist to greet you.

A guest specialist will take your temperature and ask the following: Have you had a cough? Have you had any symptoms of COVID 19? Have you been in contact with anyone that is sick?

If your temperature reads above 100.3 degrees or if you answer yes to any of the questions asked, we will reschedule your appointment.

Our Guest Specialist will check in with your stylist and let them know you have arrived. If the stylist is running behind, you may wait outside, in your car or we have a few socially distanced chairs inside the salon.

We recommend wearing a mask that hooks over your ear during your appointment. If you are receiving a color service, we recommend using a disposable mask, we have extra if you need one.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact frontdesk@annastasias.com.
